Helix Cretan Snail Gel

Has there been any independent research into the claims made for Cretan Snail gel by Helix. The marketers claim that it not only eliminates arthritic pain, but also rebuilds the damaged joints/cartilage.?

    Welcome to the online community, it's good to meet you.

    I've done a little googling with regard to the snail gel and fount a newspaper story in 2004 saying it was claimed to be a wonder drug for arthritis and other conditions.

    I would have expected, somewhere in the intervening 16 years, that the drug would have been approved to do its job, and been widely reported and used to great effect. Since it hasn't it would seem that is is simply another drug designed to get money from vulnerable people when they are in pain.

    However there is lots of information about all the different types of arthritis here, plus a chance to chat to people who understand what you are going through and listen, support and offer advice if they can to help you live life as well as possible. Do tell us a little bit more about your situation, have a look around the community - we have discussions on diet and healthy eating which might interest you as well as all aspects of arthritis, a cafe where tea and cake are always available as well as a chat zone where all things not arthritis are celebrated and enjoyed
