Hello everyone I'm new to these forums . I've been living with Oastioarthrutis since 2018 . I have it in both knees I was 38 years old when first diagnosed. I decided to join this forum because I have seen the adverts on tv for versus arthritis .

    Hi happygirl. I'm also a newbie on here and like you joined because I saw the adverts on the TV. So how are you managing with your arthritis at the moment?is there anything you do that particularly helps?
    I have 2 types of arthritis in my spine and am very uncomfortable most days. It's very hard to stay positive sometimes and due to lack of sleep am usually knackered most of the time too.
