    Hi rainbow1. I'm also fairly new on here and am just trying to get to know some of the people on here.
    So what are your issues? I have arthritis of the spine and probably like you are in a lot of discomfort every day. It is quite debilitating and affects my work, movement and sleep.
    I'm hoping things aren't too bad for you. If you ever want a natter it would be nice to hear from you
