Hello everyone..I have Osteoarthritis and have pain in various places in my body but my fingers are sometimes excruciatingly painful and are becoming increasingly mishaped. Just looking for advice on anything that might help with the pain. I know excercise can be beneficial but when I have the pain it's
not easy to do.
I take Codeine and paracetamol and have had a course of steroids.
Many thanks.🙂

Hello @Ronnie it's lovely to meet you and welcome you to the Community.
It's really very challenging when our fingers are very very painful I do sympathise.
I am attaching a link about managing pain which is worth a read:
as well as this one specifically about hand/wrist pain:
I will leave you to meet our members now.
Best wishes
Ellen
