Hi all, hope everyone is doing as well as possible
I've been experiencing awful spasms and just wondered if this is something which can happen with psoriatic arthritis (PsA), possibly the accompanying enthesitis and how best to manage it.

My toes spasm which I presume is to do with the PsA within but I have not been doing my Achilles stretches so it could be to do with that. Where are your spasms? DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Hi DD
The spasms are in both legs - my knees are painful at the moment and I'm still having trouble with the Si joint which I think is probably be the culprit that's is irritating the sciatic nerve.

Sadly I have no idea - I think your GP is best placed to advise. What kind of leg exercises do you do? DD
