Can neutrophils take a while to recover?

I have been taken off Methotrexate in March due to low neutrophils and low wcc put on Sulphasalazine only took for 10 days now off all meds. Neutrophils still below 2 after 9 weeks is this normal?

PASS. A quick Google search shows that the normal levels are between 1.5 and 8.0, plus eating foods rich in Vitamin B12 can help increase levels, i.e. eggs, milk and other dairy products. Hope that helps until someone more knowledgeable comes along or you talk with you GP.

Think I am just a bit more concerned with them being on the lower end of the scale with the current situation of Covid and my potential immunoresponse. I also appreciate that many people will have lower levels than me just now. It’s just a worrying time all round. Many thanks for your response0
