Gabapenten
Hello I have arthritis in my lower back and have been prescribed Gabapenten 1fab 3 times a day plus 1 co codamol. On reading the leaflet it says it's for epelesy! Has anyone else been prescribed this and what are their comments please?

It is an epilepsy treatment but it has a side effect of reducing pain, it is a commonly prescribed drug for arthritis. I was on it for a while a few years ago but did not get on with it so had to try something else.
