Hello. The joints of my hands and wrists hurt all weekend. Made an appointment with my doctor for Wednesday. I just found this Forum too. Concerned about how this will change my life. I am also retired and 65. I appreciate how you feel.

You mentioned that you are seeing your doctor on Wednesday about pain in your hands and wrists. I do hope you get some relief soon. You'll find evidence-based information on a wide range of treatment options on our website https://www.versusarthritis.org/about-arthritis/treatments/.
We also have a guide on exercises you can do for your hands and wrists here https://www.versusarthritis.org/about-arthritis/conditions/hand-and-wrist-pain/#hand-and-wrist-pain_exercises-for-hand-and-wrist-pain.
As above, if you have specific questions for the online community, don't hesitate to add something into the Living with Arthritis forum. Or you can visit other forum areas for more general chit chat.
