Hello, I have PsA, OA and fibro. I don't spend much time talking about it because, after twenty three years of only getting worse, it's not a very cheerful topic but I have learned a few coping strategies aong the way. I exercise, use pain relief to its miniscule capability and distract myself with reading, TV, crafting, doing puzzles of all kinds and chatting to friends: one day in the dim and distant future I might even be able to see them! DD
