Buzzing and jumping feet
For the last few nights my feet have been “buzzing” and I have the overwhelming need to fidget them. I am used to having “jumpy feet” in the late evenings, always a sign that I’m tired and ready for bed. But this buzzing feeling as well is new, and they’re now buzzing this morning as well. It’s given me an awful night’s sleep and I feel utterly rubbish this morning.
Is this an arthritis thing? Google says it’s called peripheral neuropathy and I can safely rule out most of the other causes. (I’m not sure whether I need to worry about one or two of the other non-arthritis issues, but I’ll monitor it.)
Anyone else get this?

Thanks Christian, I might have a word with my physio first. Read that it can be a sign of RA, I wondered if anyone else has experience of this. I’ve only been diagnosed (so far) with OA in my hips
