Hello, thought I would come and introduce myself. I am Nicky. I have OA in my knee, which has had some kneehole surgery to mend a tear and they tidied it a bit whilst in there. Also in a toe, which they said may need fusing at some point. I have other aches which I think are OA but not diagnosed. Currently losing weight to make things easier, over 6st gone now!
At the moment my knee isn’t too bad, I had an injection earlier this year which hasn’t yet worn off, so I am making the most of it and trying to get some good walks in. They are slow and steady, yes they hurt, but not to the point where I can’t do it.

Welcome to the forum, it's nice to meet you 😊. You have been diagnosed with OA in your knee and your toe. You've lost a lot of weight, which is amazing!

There's also some information on different exercises you can do, which might give you some more variety
