Tofacintinib- JAK Inhibitor

Hi,
My current biologic abatacept has failed even with sulfazalazine in combination with it and because it was kind of the last biologic on the list to try my consultant has decided that Tofacintinib is the next step in the attempt to gain some sort of control. Has anyone had any experience with this medication? If so how did you find it? I'm hoping that this will be the one to work because nothing else is. Thanks!
