Our Impossible to Ignore campaign is calling on all UK governments to make sure the needs of people with arthritis are addressed as they plan to restart NHS services.

With appointments, treatments and joint replacement surgery delayed, thousands of people have been left waiting in pain with no clear idea of when things will return to normal.

We caught up with Richard and Terri to find out how they have been affected.
