Hi all, I’ve recently been diagnosed with GCA and I also have CRPS. It was so nice to come across this site to find people who understand and actually know what these conditions are as not many do, I even have to explain to nurses and doctors what these conditions are. Look forward to keeping in touch.

So, you have recently been diagnosed with GCA and you also have CRPS.

Hi Creamycustard (good name btw!), I hadn’t heard of these conditions so looked them up on Chris’s links. I’m still learning what a huge array of problems are caused by the arthritis family. I’m sorry to hear about your diagnosis, it must be tough going, I hope your treatment is giving you some comfort. Sending a hug x

Thank you so much Lilymary. I never realised either that there were so many problems caused by arthritis and didn’t realise how ill I was actually feeling until I started treatment, I know it’s going to be a long road but it’s good to know what is wrong at long last, big hug back x
