Distance aware badges
Are there any Versus Arthritis Distance Aware badges available? If not, are you exploring the possibility of producing some. I'd certainly buy one - and a lanyard as well.

Hi there, I've not heard anything about lanyards or badges being considered but maybe you could ask on the helpline team chat? I know that you can order a sunflower lanyard which discreetly indicates to people around the wearer that they need additional support, help or more time.

One of the advantages of the sunflower scheme is that it's already established and recognised by many people. If every condition-specific charity produced their own badge, it could be counter-productive.

Here is the link to the Distance Aware initiative ... https://www.bevancommission.org/distance-aware
It is specifically designed for those who are now out of shielding, and who need to ensure a 2m distance is kept. Possibly this is only available in Wales though.

What a good idea. I have had a look including their guidelines for use and although it was set up in Wales it is available for use anywhere. There are numerous ideas for using the shield including it with other logos and so forth.
