Hi my name is Russell I've been living with arthritis for over ten years now
Had covid 19 back in may since then my arthritis has flared up big time an advice.

    My advice would be to contact your rheumatology helpline. In my experience it's not unusual for RA to flare during or after anything which has raised the temperature. How are your blood tests? Do they show increased disease activity? Your DMARDS might need tweaking. This is one for the experts, I think. Best of luck.

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
