Antioxidants and OA

As I've mentioned I live with advancing OA, and I'm 82....I do take a lot of supplements and have been for about 30 yrs and there is a lot of information available on the importance of these for our joints, especially Vit C and I take Grape Seed Extract which is 50 times more powerful than C, but I take both.
The OA I live with all advanced after hip replacement (anterior) in 2010, and I have been left with so much more damage to my body. I work to keep walking and moving and the supplements do help me.
Plus they support my Immune System and keep me from other health issues...OA is bad enough to deal with.
Do your research, I've been doing mine for over 30 yrs.
