Fibro diagnosis

I’ve recently had the diagnosis of fibromyalgia. I’m still working full time but have a physical job with 10.5 hour shifts. I’m grateful for any advice please?

I have Fibromyalgia myself as well as Rheumatoid Arthritis and the only advice I can tell you is make sure you speak to your consultant or GP or whoever it was that diagnosed you. Have they referred you to a pain management team? With fibro you tend to get flare ups its not all the time.
