Vitamin D and zinc

in Living with arthritis

I take vit D and zinc to help my immune system but is it in conflict with what the methotrexate and Benepali are for? Any ideas?

    Best ask your pharmacist or your GP i’m afraid. Pharmacists are often well clued up on this sort of thing.

    Always best to check with a medic if you take anything other than prescribed medication @Maturecheese . I find my pharmacist the most useful person to answer these sort of questions.

    Will be very interested to hear the outcome though.
