in Living with arthritis

if the tubigrip i wear leaves a mark on my wrist which takes about 20 mins to disappear after I take it off is it too tight

    It is too tight if it restricts blood flow and/or movement.

    I usually get pins and needles if mine is too tight....if in doubt could you show it to your pharmacist? If you can get there safely of course?
