Gluten free diet
I was diagnosed with RA ten years ago but the doctor now feels it maybe psoriatic arthritis. I have been awaiting funding for biologics medication and was in a great deal of pain so started acupuncture which I feel has helped. The acupuncturist has suggested maybe a gluten free diet may help has anyone tried this? Thanks.

Interesting idea that form your acupuncturist. Is he/she NHS or private?
I tend to rely on this:
with regards to diet supplements etc. Don't know whether it mentions Gluten free. I really can't remember anyone else doing it for their Arthritis.

Thanks. The acupuncturist is private but reasonable. I am giving the gluten free diet a try will see if it makes a difference. Best wishes Gubby
