Hello this is my first post I have rheumatoid arthritis since I was 26 I am 58 now .

Have had 10 operations including 2 knee replacements and one hip.

On methotrexate and a few other drugs it's nice to be with other people that have the same problems

You have indeed had a long experience with arthritis and resulting operations!

It's great for supporting others too with tips you've picked up yourself over time as well as distraction when things are rough and not thinking about pain is what you need🙄
