How do you cope?

Hi. Ive had RA, OA and Fibromyalgia for many years. I kind of cope with the pain but mentally its hard. I did have Councelling many years ago to adjust on what my illnesses had taken away from me. Sadly this isn't an option at this time due to cuts. How do you cope?
