Does anybody struggle with exercise?

@Jamielee I so empathise with what you have written. Comments on TV like "everyone can go out for a walk" really annoy me. I would like nothing more than to go out for a walk but I am waiting for surgery to my knee, and I am too unsteady and in too much pain to walk very far, and I think it would be irresponsible to risk a fall with the poor NHS in its current state. Exercises indoors and on the exercise bike are fine, but very lonely! At least I live on a farm and have a lovely view from the window!

Hi, why don't you start trying simple exercises at the beginning? It is quite the normal hesitation to do excercise especially when you feel like it must be done. Start with excersie that you areexercisemfortable with for a short period of time. Gradually try increasing the time exercises methods of excerisis. Do it because you want to and not because you have to!
