@Jamielee I so empathise with what you have written. Comments on TV like "everyone can go out for a walk" really annoy me. I would like nothing more than to go out for a walk but I am waiting for surgery to my knee, and I am too unsteady and in too much pain to walk very far, and I think it would be irresponsible to risk a fall with the poor NHS in its current state. Exercises indoors and on the exercise bike are fine, but very lonely! At least I live on a farm and have a lovely view from the window!
