hello, I've had osteo arthritis for over three years
recently I've been taking tramadol 200 mg mane / 200 mg nocte, which helps a lot
for some reason my arthritis is always bad in the morning, then it seems to improve

It does sound as though you have some understanding of osteoarthritis after having had a diagnosis for 3 years. Getting a diagnosis can be a major achievement in itself!
