hello, I've had osteo arthritis for over three years

recently I've been taking tramadol 200 mg mane / 200 mg nocte, which helps a lot

for some reason my arthritis is always bad in the morning, then it seems to improve

    It does sound as though you have some understanding of osteoarthritis after having had a diagnosis for 3 years. Getting a diagnosis can be a major achievement in itself!

    Starting off in the morning can be hard for many people, with stiffness and aching joints. Our website has some good information you might like to take a look at, including information on managing your condition:
