Hi @szocik and welcome to the Online Community.
It does sound as though you have some understanding of osteoarthritis after having had a diagnosis for 3 years. Getting a diagnosis can be a major achievement in itself!
Starting off in the morning can be hard for many people, with stiffness and aching joints. Our website has some good information you might like to take a look at, including information on managing your condition:
You don't mention which joints are affected, as there is further pages relating to these that we can show you.
Do join in across the Community, ask questions and give advice. Its also a great place to call in for a chat and say how you are getting on.
All best wishes
Brynmor
