Shoulder bandage
Is doing this unaided feasible ( while I wait for shoulder support to arrive)

Hi Lotsofpain
Doing tasks one handed is tricky, so I can only empathise with what you must be living with at the moment.
We don't have anyone medically qualified who can advise I'm afraid. We'd suggest you discuss this with someone medically trained. They would need to know all kinds of detail about your particular situation.
For more peer support / ideas you might consider posting on the living with arthritis forum. But do bear in mind that everyone's situation is individual, so suggestions which suit some people, may not be useful.
