Newbie, hello

Hi everyone

I’ve just joined and hoping to gain some new friends. I’ve had arthritis for about 25 years now. Recently been told it’s in my spine. At the moment I have the most horrendous pain from it. If anyone has any ideas or tips how to help with this I would be so grateful.

Hi, I am new to this. Got diagnosed with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis in 2015 which affects my right side mostly. Thought I would join as don't know anyone really with RA.

I have OA in my spine as well as other problems, I find the most comfortable position to be in is in my recliner with my legs up and the back of the chair at about 45 degrees.
