Anyone have any treatment options for OA in both big toes???

Hi folks,
new to this. New diagnosis. 41 yr old male. OA in both big toes. Seen a Consult Rheumatologist in June, got corti injections which proved fruitless.
Any other options available? As I’m active, young kids and this is becoming problematic. Also work long hours on my feet (mental health nurse)
