Isolate ....
I don’t know if this is correct but do u have to isolate for 14 days after having a steroid injection?
im staying home anyway but have been to do the weekly food shop
any help much appreciated!

I don't know whether you have to isolate, but if you have a steroid jabs into a joint it's best to rest as much as possible for a few days.
Are you meaning to avoid COVID? Yours was a depot injection wasn't it I think if i remember rightly?
If I had no choice whatsoever but to get food i would write a list in order of isles and PPE up to the nines get round as fast as possible. Unless you can get an online or click and collect shop?

Thankyou @frogmorton @Ellen i spoke to my Gp and he said I should be ok just do it quickly and keep washing my hands basically just keep doing what I’m doing !

I didn't when I had mine. I had to test and isolate for a week before, but as the test was negative and I hadn't been anywhere since the test, and its reasonable to assume everyone in the treatment room at the hospital was clear, I'd say you're good to go.
