I don’t know if this is correct but do u have to isolate for 14 days after having a steroid injection?
im staying home anyway but have been to do the weekly food shop
any help much appreciated!
I don't know whether you have to isolate, but if you have a steroid jabs into a joint it's best to rest as much as possible for a few days.
Are you meaning to avoid COVID? Yours was a depot injection wasn't it I think if i remember rightly?
If I had no choice whatsoever but to get food i would write a list in order of isles and PPE up to the nines get round as fast as possible. Unless you can get an online or click and collect shop?
Best of luck

If in doubt you could contact your rheumatology team?
Thankyou @frogmorton @Ellen i spoke to my Gp and he said I should be ok just do it quickly and keep washing my hands basically just keep doing what I’m doing !
Yes just keep on keeping safe by being extra vigilant 🙂👍️
I didn't when I had mine. I had to test and isolate for a week before, but as the test was negative and I hadn't been anywhere since the test, and its reasonable to assume everyone in the treatment room at the hospital was clear, I'd say you're good to go.
