Hello everyone.

I was diagnosed about 5 years at 35yrs old, I have osteoarthritis in both knees, Raynaud's phenomenon, curvature of the spine. Struggling with my mental health, understanding it all. But looking to make friends, help & advice.

    Welcome, Bec, to the Versus Arthritis online Community I am so pleased you have found this forum it's a great place to meet people and talk about your Arthritis and how it affects you.

    I can see from your post that you have quite a bit going on with Osteoarthritis in both knees, curvature of the spine and Raynaud's too. Lots of us struggle with our mental health this really isn't unusual with one long term condition let alone 3.
