Hi all I have problems with my right knee, left ankle and both hands and wrists. I'm on three day pain patches which are absolutely fantastic, but just occasionally when I have been working for extended time with my hands I need something extra. Is there a thumb/wrist support anyone know of that I could use?

This is the brace that I use which is very good, your Occupational Therapist can provide them or you can buy them on line, they are quite expensive at over £40 a pair but are worth it.
