Hi, hopefully on this site I can get some advice about my osteoarthritis of the knees.

    As well as osteoarthritis of the knees, in the last couple of years my forefingers and index fingers are starting to deform and I have limited movement in all four digits. Had the knee osteoarthritis diagnosed in 2015 and at the age of 64 was advised to leave replacement operation until the pain became too great, had it x rayed again in 2019 and was told it had degenerated further, at that point I could still walk on it but could not run anymore without pain and going down steps or slopes was difficult and painful. Have been prescribed Naproxen to take occasionally as required, that helps. Is there any other topical medicines I could try, have tried Turmeric with no noticeable difference.
