in Living with arthritis

I have arthritis all over but my most painful is my neck and shoulder going down my arm to my fingers which tingle any advice?

    The tingling (or in my case ache) is called Brachialgia and relates to nerve damage/compressed nerves or discs in the neck. Deep joy! It is just one of my OA problems and I keep my neck supported at all times and wear a cervical collar on the rare occasion that I get to go out.
