I got finally diagnosed in January after going down hill for 3 years and not being sent to the specialist Due to covid.

Still I now have drugs

Have started the let's move it exercise stuff

And now found you lot

    I see you have finally had a diagnosis after years of feeling like you were going down hill. It sounds like things have started to look up for you and you've been given medication to help and your taking action yourself to improve by joining Let's Move and this wonderful community 😜

    Would you be willing to share what kind of arthritis you have? We have lots of friendly members on here who are great at giving hints and tips, but it is easier to do so if we knew what hurt.

    Do have a look around the rest of the community and join in where you have something to say. Everyone is friendly so don't be shy.
