Hello!
Im 54, and starter having osteoarthritis in both hands since my 50th birthday. And it’s progressively getting worse. In December I started HRT patches to resolve the menopause symptoms but I also noticed that the pain in my hands got worse. Just wanted to make sure there isn’t a correlation between the two, but even more so, I seeking solution for the pain in my hands but without medication or operation preferably. Any suggestions welcomed! Mala
