Hi guys this is my first experience of a forum and having read some earlier posts am totally relieved there are people out there with similar thoughts, feelings and experiences that are helloing me get my head around mine - I’ve been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and it’s taken a while to get here and seems a lots of symptoms have kicked in already. Start methotrexate tomorrow and feeling a tad apprehensive about what to expect and at the same time hopeful (if not a little desperate!) for it to work. Am hoping some advise can be given to help ward off side effects and how to motivate myself as I feel tiredness and pain and need to exercise bit don’t know where to begin........
