Walking boots advice

I'm suffering from increasing pain in my ankles and feet. I take Naproxen all the time which helps a bit but I really want to be able to walk a lot more and am looking for advice on suitable footwear.. something with good ankle support. Any suggestions will be welcome.😊

Thank you for posting on the forum, I am sorry to hear about the pain in your ankles and feet and am wondering if you’ve seen a podiatrist, if not this maybe a good idea. They are qualified foot experts and can also advise with regards to footwear. You can speak to your GP about a referral to a podiatrist.

You could also try the Disabled Living foundation who may be able to offer impartial advice about footwear.
