Has anybody used flexiseq and if so what do you think to it. Its pricey and I've not noticed anything yet but I've only been using it a few day. X

    I’ve used a whole tube with no noticeable effects so gave up as it was expensive. I’ve also tried CBD oil again to no noticeable effect and was very expensive so didn’t continue with that either!

    Im currently using a tube of Optima Glucosamine Complex Gel on my OA knees and it seems to have helped ease the pain pretty quickly unless something else is going on. It’s hard to know exactly what is affecting what sometimes but certainly have felt better the last couple of days after the cream. Hope this helps!

    Thank you I won't be buying it again. My OA is in my knees aswell. Having a bad flare up at moment. Hoping to have steroid injections soon. Have you had them and did they help.
