type 2 diabetes
osteoarthritis in hands knees wrist and elbows
waiting for a
right knee replacement
have had bilateralral hip replacement and second replacement for both hips
am 87 years and wear wrist and knee supports during the day and sometimes at night on my wrists
fairly active with allotment and greenhouse

Hi @tanned , welcome to the crew. Well done you keeping up with the allotment with all that going on, and dare I say it, at your age. Gardening is such wonderful therapy for pain, gives a bit of exercise too, and in your case, free food and flowers. I hope your medications manage your pain enough to keep you active. X
