Support Brace
Hi again, wondering if anyone has tried the below to help support with walking if you have hip OA.

My guess is that this is more for soft tissue injuries than arthritis. You could try it, as it's not expensive, but I'd be pretty sceptical about it. If they were any good the rheumatologists and orthopods would already be recommendingn them, and there's a resounding silence on that score. My physio (who is also a sports physio) says of knee braces that mostly all they do is keep your leg warm.
I tend to find anything constrictive on my leg is about as comfortable as hot coals on my skin and just makes the hip pain much worse, so I wear loose clothing as much as possible. This brace is the direct opposite of that, so it's not something I'd contemplate trying.
