    Read everything you can on here that's my advice.

    I don't know your partner he might be one who tells you how things are and asks for help he may the the type who doesn't want to - that you will have to judge, but if you read our stories you can help I am sure.

    Just the fact you want to help is lovely to hear.

    Oh and remember to look after YOU too!
