how to keep going
Hi! everyone,
Recently been told l have ostreoarthrtis in my neck, hands, spine and feet which being 70 years old did not surprise me as you get older you expect this is going to happen to you, but in my case was not expecting where so much.
Read your pages about how to help with it and whats available when it comes to equipment and where to get it and found it very interested. Although most areas of the body were mentioned, nothing was mentioned about feet. So l was wondering what help you can advise and as l also get cramps in my feet some nights, what you would advise. My consultant has put me on vit D till summer and Chroitron tablets. Wonder if l should be doing anything else to help my body and keep mobile.
regards

The best way to get help with your feet would be to ask your GP for a referral to a Podiatrist, failing that if you check your Health Authority's website you may be able to self-refer.
