Muscle pain and weakness
Hi everyone and thanks for letting me join this community.
my concerns right now are sudden muscle pain and weakness in my left leg and knee. Im awaiting knee replacement surgery on my right knee.
has anyone suffered this?
if so what was the outcome?

I can see that you're concerned about muscle pain and weakness, and are waiting for you knee replacement surgery.
Personally, I have noticed some muscle weakness within myself (especially due to a lack of regular exercise opportunities like I'm used to in lockdown). Of course, everybody is different, but it was suggested that I try stretching exercises and simple yoga, just to build up some strength so that my muscles can help to support my joints better.
Here is some information relating to how stretching can help- but don't overdo it:
You may be best checking with your GP before doing anything, and you know your limits, but if you feel comfortable there are some ideas of things you might want to try here:
