Hi, I’ve answered this on your other post. The main thing is to get yourself on the list, the rest will fall into place x

Hi Serenasj
Thank you for posting on the forum, from the heading of your post it sounds as if you are going to be having hip surgery. I have given you the link to our hip surgery booklet where you will find information about ‘preparing for surgery’, which I hope you will find helpful.
When reading your post, I can hear how scared you are, you say you have a teenage son who often does not listen, and we know how teenagers can be. I am glad to hear you have a very loyal dog, though sometimes it can be so hard when we are not listened to.
I wonder if it might be helpful for you to give us a ring on our freephone helpline: 0800 5200 520 (weekdays 9am – 8pm) here we can take our time to talk about your concerns and worries informally and in confidence. Sometimes a listening ear can be helpful.
Best wishes
