Infrared Sauna helping Rheumatoid Arthritis

I was wondering if anyone has an infrared sauna and found it helped their rheumatoid arthritis? I have read Manu studies and am very interested if it would help as much as it is claimed and if there is any difference in getting a full spectrum one or just the Far infrared which is much cheaper? If anyone has any experience I would be very grateful.
