Osteoarthritis of neck causing headaches

I have osteoarthritis of the neck and wondered ehat the best treatment is to relieve pain. I cannt take ibuprofen tablets but use ibuleve gel 5%

Hi @Saxophone A friend has this, with similar problems, and my dad had it also, and it’s a rotten condition. They both found massage helpful. It will at least ease off the muscles that tense up due to the pain, and helps a little with mobility in her neck too. I think my friend tries to go once a week. Like so many arthritis conditions, it’s a matter of reducing the pain, and managing the effect it has on your life, rather than finding a full remedy, but I hope this helps.
