Shoulder Pain

Hi I'm Polly have been so lucky to reach the grand age of 80 without Arthritis up until recently. I'm now suffering from Arthritis in both Shoulders it keeps me awake at night. Any suggestions as how to deal with the pain?

Ask your GP for a referral to your local Pain Clinic who are better placed to advise on medications and other treatments, also here is a link that may help:

This one is so tough mainly because you can't sleep when your shoulder hurts so much where can you lie to get comfy. Have you tried a V pillow? Does your GP know exactly what is wrong? Is it Osteoarthritis?
