Post operation partial Right knee

Hi all i hope everybody is keeping safe. I am asking for some advice and help? On Monday the 19/04/2021 i had a right partial knee replacement. The surgery went well and i am back at home i am experiencing high levels of pain but this is to be expected and i am controlling it with medication and ice. What i find weird and a little worrying is my new partial knee is clunking when a walk and feels really loose. I think this is due to trauma the operation has caused and the fluid and swelling i have. Has anybody else who has had a partial or full knee replacement experienced this?
