Young new member
Hi I’m new here, after starting my new job I got very bad wrists/hands as I was loosing strength, grip plus getting pins and needles especially at night which was waking me up. I’ve been having tests done for carpel tunnel syndrome but has taken forever because of COVID.
Any advice apart from wearing wrist splints? Also I could with suggestions of new hobbies as my main hobby was lifting weights but I’m scared to do that now because of damaging my wrists
thank you for reading I would be grateful for a comment
Many thanks
sam

A big welcome to the forum Sam.
You are awaiting the result of test for carpal tunnel syndrome and are not unnaturally feeling anxious about the future. My best advice is to concentrate on the things you can do and not regret the things you can't.
