Hello everyone, I'm a post menopausal nan and my arthritis (mainly feet, ankles, knees) has become much more painful and debilitating since ending HRT (not my choice). I'd be interested to hear from any other women with a similar experience. Oh, and I'm desperately trying (and failing) to lose a few pounds 🥺😁 x

Its a nightmare journey post menopausal and I sometimes wonder when it ends every day some new pain, they say with age comes wisdom but sharing this wisdom is sharing each new pain my mum used to tell me about it when she went through it but then it was just called getting older and British stiff upper lip you just got on with it but it really does need more support

Im glad stars like davina are bringing awareness to it as for the weight our metabolism isn’t like it used to be and coupled with arthritis it’s like going in circles, be kind to yourself men go through it too I’m told but theirs is mid life crisis ???

I say to people I’m not mad I’m just in a very bad mood 😉😉
